Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking process, please review the following policy: - Booking Deadline: Bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior to your event date. - Deposit Requirement: A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice. - Final Payment: All remaining funds are due no later than 24 hours before your event date. - How to Book: You can book your event through our website, by phone at (405) 855-9698, or via email at gathering.point@stwlawton.org. - Event Manager Contact: Once your booking is confirmed, our event manager will reach out to discuss the specifics of your event and ensure all your needs are met. - Preferred Vendors: We offer a list of preferred vendors for your convenience. Please note that all preferred vendors will be contracted separately. - Cleaning Fee: A flat $200 cleaning fee will be charged upfront. This fee is fully refundable after the event, pending approval from the event manager upon inspection of the venue.
